Furniture based on the Ekkoflex design concept. I used the general idea, simplified the parts, strengthened connections and generated all the design and tooling files from scratch.

Parts were designed with PartWorks using 3 layers
I used pocket toolpaths for the slots. It took 3 times as long as contour cutting of the slots but prevented having to work with many small tabbed parts and the risk of those small parts breaking loose.
1/2" Maple and Birch veneer ply was used. They have 3 structural plys and two surface veneer ply layers and measures .47" thick.
Legs are made by gluing two layers of 1/2" plywood to produce a 1" thick component.
The bit used for cutting is from inventory: Onsrud 52-280 Double Edge Upcut Spiral Flute cutter.
All assembly and disassembly was performed with a plastic mallet.
